Healthcare Providers & Helping Professionals

You spend your life caring for others. This is a space where you get to be cared for.

I’m a licensed psychologist providing therapy specifically for therapists, psychiatric providers, healthcare workers, and other helping professionals. I work with people who are deeply competent, highly trained, and often exhausted from carrying more than anyone sees.

Being on the other side of therapy can feel uncomfortable—especially when you’re used to being the one holding it together. You don’t have to justify your need for support here.

Specialties

  • Vicarious trauma and emotional accumulation

  • Burnout and systemic pressure

  • Imposter syndrome and professional self-doubt

  • Work–life balance and identity beyond the caregiver role

  • Transitioning from care-giving to care-receiving

My Approach

I bring an understanding of clinical work, healthcare systems, and the emotional realities of being a provider. You won’t need to explain the basics or minimize your experience. Our work is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you feel more like yourself again—not more “productive.”

If you’re ready to step into a space designed for you, I invite you to reach out.
